Abstract Submission Procedures
All abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
Please read the following guidelines before proceeding to the abstract submission page. For those who have difficulty accessing the online submission system on this website, please contact the secretariat office at email@example.com
*Online abstract submission is from July 18 to Aug 31. *The deadline for submission of abstracts was extended to Sep. 15.
*The system will automatically be closed after the deadline and further corrections of the abstracts will not be allowed afterward.
Requirements for Abstract Submission
Submission is not restricted to members of TSID or TDA. If you are the members of TSID or TDA, please input your membership account number upon abstract submission.
International delegates affiliated with overseas educational and/or research institutions will also be allowed to submit abstracts.

Requirements for Presentation
All oral presentations must be made by using PC or Mac with one screen.
All oral presentations must be presented in English. *All accepted abstracts, including for oral presentations, must also prepare posters.
Posters must be prepared in English
Detailed schedules for poster presentation will be updated after the abstract review process.
Guidelines for Writing Abstracts
*Abstracts are to be registered in English.
*Abstracts should NOT contain references, figures, tables or diagrams.
Abstract title must be 140 characters or less, including spaces.
Abstract body must be 3,000 characters or less, including spaces.
Up to 15 authors and up to 10 affiliations may be registered.
