Abstract Submission Procedures
All abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
Please read the following guidelines before proceeding to the abstract submission page. For those who have difficulty accessing the online submission system on this website, please contact the secretariat office at tsid@tsid.org.tw

Submission Period
*Online abstract submission is from July 19 to Aug 31. 
*The system will automatically be closed after the deadline and further corrections of the abstracts will not be allowed afterward.

Requirements for Abstract Submission
Only the TSID or TDA members will be able to present their abstracts.
Members are requested to input their TSID or TDA membership account number upon abstract submission.
*However, international delegates affiliated with overseas educational and/or research institutions will be allowed to submit abstracts even not a member of the TSID/TDA.

Requirements for Presentation
Oral Presentation
All oral presentations must be made by using PC or Mac with one screen.
All oral presentations must be presented in English.
Allotted presentation time:
Selected oral presentations: 12 minutes-presentation and 3-minute discussion (tentative)
Free communications: 9 minute-presentation and 3-minute discussion (tentative)
*Please follow the allocated time strictly.
All accepted abstracts, including those selected for oral presentations and free communications, must also prepare posters.

Poster Presentation
Posters must be prepared in English
Detailed schedules for poster presentation will be updated after the abstract review process.

The authors who have only poster presentations must also make a one-minute presentation. The presentations should be made with one slide in one minute. Questions, comments, and responses will not be allowed. Coauthors may make the one-minute presentations on behalf of the first authors.

Guidelines for Writing Abstracts
*Abstracts are to be registered in English.
*Abstracts should NOT contain references, figures, tables or diagrams.

Abstract title must be 140 characters or less, including spaces.
Abstract body must be 3,000 characters or less, including spaces.
Up to 15 authors and up to 10 affiliations may be registered.
